Girl Scouts
Rusty Bar Ranch is approved and sanctioned by the Girl Scouts of Western Washington to provide a quality, educational, safe and fun program involving horses.
Due to the overwhelming response we have had by home school and groups, other than the Girl Scouts, who wanted to participate in our program, we changed the name of our Girl Scout link to Life On A Horse Ranch. (LOAHR) We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.Life On A Horse Ranch is based on the Junior Girl Scout Horse Fan Badge. To round out the day and provide more hand's on with the horses, we also utilized information from the Certified Horsemanship Association manual.
Juniors will earn and receive their Horse Fan badge at the end of the day. Other age groups and troop guests will receive a Horsemanship Patch.
